Our Arroz con Costillas y Alcachofas is made with our house-made pork ribs and ribs stock that has been slow cooked with lots of love. Enhance with rich bold flavours of locally sourced fresh artichokes. One of the best option to have for a nice backyard party with accompanied with a nice glass of beer!

Olive oil, pork ribs, artichokes, green peppers, red peppers, zucchini, green beans, tomato, garlic and saffron.

All fresh-made paella comes in our steel-made paella pan accompanied with crusty bread, lemon wedges and our house-made garlic alioli. Fresh-made paellas are made fresh to order and is meant to be ready to serve with no further cooking or reheating at the time of pick up. Each paella will come with a QR code that links to information on how to reheat our paella, serve a paella and take care of our paella pan prior to returning it to our commissary kitchen.
Please return the steel pan at your earliest convenience; At the time of check-out, we will add a deposit fee of $50 for the stainless steel pan which will be refunded to your original form of payment once the pan is returned.
*Bread is NOT gluten-free but is packed separately from paella
