PAELLA MASTERCLASS: FALL/WINTER SERIES

Our Paella Masterclasses are back for the fall and winter season 2026.

Join award-winning Chef Javier Blanc for a hands-on Spanish cuisine experience at the Paella Guys Commissary Kitchen. Learn how to prepare two different paellas, Seafood Paella and traditional Valenciana Paella, while discovering the techniques, ingredients, timing and fire behind authentic Spanish paella.

The experience also includes a selection of tapas and a sangria workshop, followed by sitting down together to enjoy everything we prepare.

Eight classes are available this November, with only 10 seats per session.
