LIFE IS ABOUT PAELLA AND SANGRIA.
Join us on this unique paella experience here in Vancouver BC, and experience the flavours of the traditional Spanish cuisine. We will be preparing a Seafood and Valenciana Paella.
Since the beginning, you will experience the elaboration of the paella by preparing all the ingredients right in front of you, gathering around our class table. This flavorful process will teach you everything you need to know about cooking the perfect authentic Spanish paella with the necessary social distance.
Lastly, we will cover a Sangria making workshop, allowing you to mix your own fresh and traditional jug of the classic Spanish refreshment to enjoy with this beautiful dish.
All ingredients will be provided at the class, and of course, we will borrow for you an authentic Paella Guys apron (available for sale) because you are part of the family.
At the end of the session, we will enjoy Paella together and, we will become friends for life (the paella effect)
